Core Responsibilities:

  • Drives key client relationships and program management from inception to execution, hitting all deliverables and metrics on time and on budget

  • Drives strategy and oversees creative concept development—thinking innovatively to make experiences feel fresh and current while blending big ideas with realistic execution focused around success metrics

  • Develop client-facing materials, crafting and presenting strategic storytelling to effectively sell in ideas

  • Builds and oversee the management of cross-functional remote teams, as well as client agency partners and third-party partners, including setting deliverables and negotiating contracts

  • Troubleshoot issues that arise during planning and activation, offering thoughtful and proactive solves that preserve the integrity of the program and agency

  • Drives management of program budgets, timelines, status reports and results reports, keeping everyone involved, informed and on track

  • Development and execution of contracts (MSA, SOW, etc)

  • P&L of key accounts, ensuring profitability of all programs while meeting client deliverables

  • Contributes to the overall agency growth plan, proactively surfacing and maximizing new business opportunities with a growth mindset

You Have:

  • 8-10 years experience in brand marketing for Fortune 500 lifestyle brands

  • Proven track record for developing and growing strong client relationships

  • Strategic thinker and storyteller who can create decks that effectively sell-in programs to clients, laddering back to brand goals and KPIs

  • Experience managing large scale national and regional consumer marketing programs and budgets in the millions

  • Entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on new challenges

  • Collaborative, flexible with excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with retail brands is a plus (product storytelling and demos)

  • Experience with partnerships / sponsorships a plus

  • Experience working with B2C or B2B technology products / services a plus

  • Experience with large scale event / experience production and virtual event production a plus

  • Hands on experience with the development of quality client-facing presentation content in slide format is critical

  • Firstrate project management, detail oriented skills are critical

  • Ability to shift gears while maintaining calm and focus about your work priorities; excel in and enjoy a fast-paced environment
