Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive with experience in SaaS sales to drive new business
with midsize enterprise companies in the USA. You will lead the entire sales process from initial engagement to contract execution. In this strategic business development role, you will
work with key decision makers throughout the process to assess core needs and objectives
and demonstrate the value and impact of Traackr’s solutions. As part of an international
sales team in a fast growing business, you will work with marketing and sales leadership to
develop effective prospecting and lead development strategies and initiatives across your
territory..

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead pipeline generation in close collaboration with marketing and sales

development team

  • Develop and execute target account programs in collaboration with marketing and

SDR team

  • Develop and actively pursue concurrent midsize enterprise opportunities
  • Effectively manage a multi stakeholder midsize enterprise sales process
  • Execute strong demos and effectively validate core use cases and value propositions
  • Accurately report, forecast, and proactively manage sales pipeline
  • Build trust and nurture relationships with a network of prospective buyers

Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and

exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIsMastery of core sales skills

(pipeline development, active listening, value matching, negotiation, objection

handling)

  • Willingness and ability to collaborate cross functionally to optimize solution

development and sales process optimization

  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com;Sales Navigator, Outreach or related tools
  • Self starter mentality to pave your own path to success
  • High value placed on team collaboration and team wins
