Based in Austin, Texas, Insurance 360 represents all the major insurance carriers and offers term life, universal life, disability income, long-term care, and survivorship insurance policies.
We are looking for a talented sales professional that can thrive in an entry level service position. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be enthusiastic and comfortable making 80-100 calls per day, talking with existing clients, qualifying the clients, and initially assisting Account Managers with the sales process.
We’ve had success with employees who have had previous phone sales, insurance sales, call center experience and out bound customer service calls. No insurance experience necessary.
Job Description

  • Make approximately 80-100 outbound calls per day to existing clients.
  • Spend time with clients reviewing their existing policies and looking to uncover new opportunities.
  • Help create lasting relationships with clients by keeping them updated with annual service calls.
  • Take initiative to make sure clients are happy and feel good about the service we have provided.
  • Transfer and schedule interested qualified clients.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Phone skills. Personality on the phone. Can create a pleasant and easy conversation for our clients.
  • Organized. This is key to being successful here.
  • Self-motivated. You can make as much money as the effort you put forth.
  • Able and happy to work in a small business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
