Abbotsford Road Coffee Specialists is a wholesale specialty coffee roaster based in Brooklyn.
We are currently growing and are looking for our next Team Member.
You as the Administrative Assistant will help the specialty coffee team with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
You are someone who is:
- Independent Thinker
- Team Player
- Detailed orientated
- Enjoys communicating with customers
- Interested in learning about coffee
- The ability to multi task and are super organized
- Great customer service skills
- Working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers
- Experience with MS Office suite of programs especially but not limited to Excel, Outlook & Word
- Excellent written, verbal and online communication skills
Benefits & Scheduling:
- Part time or full time. Hourly rate is $20 per hour
- 8-hour shifts are typical although we are happy to discuss these with you

- Call, message and email existing customers for orders
- Generate invoices
- Meet and greet walk-in customers as well as direct pickups and deliveries
- Answer and direct, emails, calls and App based messages
- UPS Shipping, handling and tracking
- Inventory control and reporting
- Order supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Other duties as required
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent English
