We are an automotive repair shop seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to undertake a variety of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. This individual will be an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities. The office coordinator will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.


  • Serve as the point person for office manager duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands
  • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
  • Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
  • Create customer invoices
  • Bookkeeping (AP/AR)
  • Order and pick up parts
  • Email receipts to main office
  • Create spreadsheets when necessary
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Liaise with facility vendors and customers


  • Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
  • MUST have 2 years experience in the automotive industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour


  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability


  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
