We are a small-to-midsize architecture firm in Washington, DC seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide support to firm leadership and ensure efficient operation of our office.

The Administrative Assistant will support staff by maintaining office calendars, keeping common areas and conference rooms tidy and ready for use, scheduling Zoom calls, ensuring operation of equipment, maintaining office supplies and kitchen inventories, and coordinating catering for meetings.

The selected candidate will answer and transfer phone calls, schedule meetings, greet visitors, engage in polite and professional communication, and conduct other administrative tasks as assigned.

Additionally, the Administrative Assistant will support leadership with research, scheduling and correspondence, travel arrangements, and assist our marketing and accounting teams with various tasks and events.

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Outlook, Word and Teams are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
