With Al Ansari Hospitality seeks to recruit Admin

We are looking to hire candidates only based in UAE preferably on visit visa or Cancelled Visa who can join Immediately.

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Workdays: Saturday – Thursday (6 days a week)

Responsibilities:

· Organize, filing, compile, update records and documentation.

Develop and Maintain Filing System.

· Manage communication including emails and phone calls.

· Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled report, Daily, weekly & Monthly report.

Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner

· Carry out any another general administration and assistant duties.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant

· Strong organizational skills, teamwork, Accuracy and the ability to multi-task

· Attention to detail and problem solving

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Power point)

· Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines

Compensation: Will be decided during the Interview

Contract length: 24 Months

Experience:
