The Administrative Services Representative is responsible for daily activities in the Administrative Services Department, including providing assistance with processing daily reports, production of ATM and Visa debit cards, bank-wide supply ordering, mail distribution, various facility requests, and other duties as assigned. This position also serves as backup to the Document Imaging Operator and Coordinator.

Professional / Educational Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have proficiency in using Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel.
