Developmental Pathways (DP) is seeking an Administrative Specialist to provide professional-level administration and project support to the Community Engagement (CE) Department. This role develops and maintains systems of organization, distribution, and communication, provides support with department events and meetings and problem solves with staff and managers.

This is a 40 hour/week hybrid position, working remotely and coming into our headquarters office in Aurora, CO and/or off-site locations, as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Assist the projects and events team with planning events and meetings
  • Prepare for and set up virtual and/or in-person community events, presentations, and trainings
  • Serve as contact for families seeking scholarship vouchers and information
  • Track individuals accessing scholarships
  • Review invoices and complete scholarship financial payments
  • Represent Developmental Pathways in various community activities
  • Prepare and complete analysis of annual program survey
  • Provide administrative assistance to internal and external entities for various CE projects/programs
  • Maintain databases related to aspects of department functions and service, monitor and assure that financial tracking is maintained according to agency standard
  • Create and maintain systems for tracking various functions, reports out appropriately, and ensure data integrity and timely entry of data
  • High School Diploma or GED; Associate degree or equivalent education and experience.
  • Valid Colorado motor vehicle license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
  • Ability to meet our driving requirements – no suspensions/ no more than two tickets in the past three years


  • Two (2) years’ experience working in administrative support roles
  • Experience in human services or nonprofit field
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking
