We’re looking for an Analyst Manager to join Snap Inc! As a member of the team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluid environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to building and growing long term business partnerships across brands and their partners.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a team of Group and Senior Group Analysts, coaching functional excellence as defined in roles and responsibilities, supporting new team members in onboarding and building their Snap expertise

  • Collaborate and partner with Vertical or category sales and account management leadership to guide vertical level projects, maximizing positive impact to the business

  • Identify opportunities to scale existing tools and processes to other teams in order to optimize our output and prevent duplicative efforts between analysts

  • Build a culture of sharing and disseminate best in class work across the team and broader organization

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Digital Ad Support, Product Marketing, Marketing Science, Creative Strategy) to find opportunities for training and defining/improving workstreams

  • Identify areas of skill development; partner as appropriate in training efforts

  • Regularly lead broader analyst task forces to help tackle larger questions/opportunities that impact multiple verticals

  • Foster a culture that values and upholds Snap’s commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong mentoring, coaching, and people management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and adaptable to changes

  • Ability to lead multiple projects with strong attention to detail

  • Expert understanding of media management, campaign diagnostics and optimization within a biddable auction advertising environment

  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems by analyzing large data sets

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify key opportunities and transform them into action

  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Experience completing projects while navigating ambiguity

  • Strong Excel, G Suite and Keynote skills, as well as experience with analyzing large datasets, and delivering actionable insights

  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in business, economics, statistics, analytics, communications, marketing, or another related area of study or equivalent years of experience

  • 6+ years experience in digital media space

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience managing a client services or analytics team

  • 8+ years in the digital media space

  • A passion for Snapchat as a user and knowledge of our ad products
