Job Description

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX), a division of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a highly skilled and driven individual to deliver key business intelligence on marketplace and investment trends, as well as data-first strategic use cases. Foundational responsibilities include data collection, corroboration, management and visualization. This individual should be a critical thinker with the ability to operate independently while at the same time be an agile collaborator when interfacing with various departments, organizations and marketplace partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Global Partnership Management

  • Act as a lead and expert in Global Digital Partnership management, developing in-depth relationships with Global Partnership colleagues inclusive of LATAM, Canada, EMEA and APAC regions
  • Review global strategic goals, spending, projections and trouble-shooting of data sources, data accessibility and tools available.
  • Continuously refine and improve global communication process, with ability to deliver on going and ad hoc updates regarding global partnership troubleshooting, needs and key wins.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify gaps and assist with defining premier relationship-building both internal and external as needed.

Partner Investment Management

  • Build relationships with external partners to gather data in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Pull on-going reports around media partner investment to inform leadership in partnership and investment conversations including present spend and forecasts across PMX agencies.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Support key business initiatives by generating insights and identifying opportunities from data.
  • Design effective and impactful reports and visualizations for senior level executives.
  • Assist in creating executive summaries and presentations to highlight analysis and tell the story.
  • Seek out descriptive and actionable industry trends; assist with thought-leadership through POV creation.

Partner Management & Communications

  • Support PMX directors in on-going partner management including but not limited to: strategic benefit tracking and adoption, partner issue resolution, and client joint business plan tracking.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support other department projects including but not limited to: systems management, agency communication, and new business.
  • Collaboration with Agency Investment, Strategy and Value Management to promote knowledge sharing.


  • 3+ Years in an Analytics role. Work history at a media company, consultancy or ad/media agency is preferred but not required.
  • Expert Excel and PowerPoint a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Access, MediaOcean (Prisma/OX), Salesforce, SMI or similar systems, visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) and collaboration platforms (e.g. Smartsheet)
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, must be a self-starter that can balance competing priorities
  • Attention to detail and results-oriented
  • Strong inter-personal communications skills
