This important role requires a passionate, individual with demonstrated ability to drive growth and change via a focus on customers, people, process, and innovation. Key responsibilities are to develop and execute B2B/B2C campaigns for key clients in Home Specialty and Flooring and engage with Partners to ensure flawless execution of marketing campaigns. This marketing leader will work collaboratively with and support 2 Client Marketing Leaders and the Client Development team. In addition, this role will manage evolving network strategies and other responsibilities as assigned.
This position is remote, where you have the option to work from home. On occasion we may request for you to commute to our nearest office for in person engagement activities such as team meetings, training and culture events. As part of the Home Improvement marketing team, help develop, support and drive unique and impactful acquisition, activation, and usage campaigns
Partner with business and client teams to implement, and monitor dynamic annual growth plans for assigned clients
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Initiate, monitor and ensure proper execution of B2B marketing campaigns in WorkFront
Establish strong cross-functional working relationships with legal, compliance, Performance Marketing and Analytics to move campaigns forward quickly
Establish and develop key relationships at working levels of partner organizations
Partner with analytics to monitor and collect data on campaign performance
Introduce new ideas and concepts to drive program growth and strengthen partner relationships
Develop and manage Purchase Order/Invoice requests for OEM partners and Synchrony suppliers as needed
Manage, review, and monitor partner emails and campaigns
Share best practices and successes internally and externally
Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Bachelor’s Degree, or, in lieu of a degree, a high school diploma/GED and 9 years of marketing experience in the credit card or financial services industries
3+ years work experience in a professional setting
2+ year marketing experience
Ability to travel as needed ~ 10%
Project Management experience.
Masters Degree, Business Administration focus preferred.BA
Outstanding communications, relationship building, influencing and collaboration skills
Proven ability to partner and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Experience managing agency relationships
Demonstrated project management skills
Experience with digital & direct channels – mail, online and mobile
Strategic thinking with ability to support the implementation of actionable plans to drive business results
Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to evaluate situations using multiple sources of information.
Collaborative style and approach with comfort working in a matrixed, decentralized structure
Experience working with WorkFront project management tool
Strong PC proficiency (MS Office Suite) or comparable software applications
You must be 18 years or older
You must have a high school diploma or equivalent
You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process
You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 24 months’ time in position before they can post. The salary range for this position is 65,000.00 – 130,000.00 USD Annual
Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA and Metro NY and some positions are bonus eligible.
