- Manage daily production tasks
- Ensure quality of product & ingredient sourcing
- Assist with Menu Recipe Testing/Drink Creation/Production of new syrups and infusions
- Participate in Research and Development of new cocktails
- Develop new and efficient cocktail ingredient techniques
- Develop and update par systems
- Create requisition forms with Bar Director and distribute to various outlets
- Supervise daily juice/garnish production and distribute to bars for service
- Must have experience in a fast paced cocktail-centric environment as a Barback
- Must be able to lift & a carry at least 50 pounds
- Must be comfortable with repetitive motions (such as shaking cocktails, bending & standing)
- Must have working knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Must have working knowledge of liquors: how they are made, brands, regional specifics
- Must have full schedule availability
- Must be able to take constructive criticisms and work well in a team dynamic
