Advanced Behavioral Therapy is now hiring a part time/full time BCBA to join our growing team of professionals!

If you are a caring, compassionate and dedicated individual then look no further than the Advanced Behavioral Therapy team.

The BCBA will be responsible to work as a team with clients, families, caregivers, and providers in the clients home or community setting. The BCBA will also be responsible to assess the clients, create treatment plans, train and supervise the direct staff (RBT) and collaborate with all team members and families to ensure accurate and quality services are being provided to our clients. The BCBA will also be responsible to report to the clinical director on a monthly basis with review and record of progress of each client.

Qualifications:

*BCBA in good standing for at least 1 year

* Experience providing BCBA supervision and training for at least 1 year

* Experience with creating behavior and skill programs while utilizing a data collection system application (preferably Catalyst)

* Salary to commensurate with experience.

Schedules may be flexible. Benefits are available for full time staff.
