Bookkeeper/Office Assistant

-Processing payments to vendors and employees

-Depositing checks and handling cash from tenants and vendors

-Answering phone calls and corresponding with tenants and vendors

-Office filing

-Archiving old documentation

-Office bookkeeping

-5+ years of bookkeeping experience required

-Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus

-Proficiency in Quickbooks required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 per year

Office visitations are on appointment basis,
Temperature readings are taken of all visitors/staff daily, Surfaces of the workspace are disinfected and sanitized regularly.
