Position: Overseas Business Development Manager

JAKA robotics is currently looking for a full-time Overseas Business Development Manager to join our growing overseas business development team. JAKA robotics is a leader in cobot development and our mission is to “Free Yours Hands by JAKA”. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in different markets overseas. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills and will need to retain a high level of technical information quickly. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop overseas markets, sales channels and partners to the business scope
  • Responsible for the daily communication and management of overseas businesses in order to achieve designated sales targets
  • Responsible for promoting cooperation and training in overseas markets, and establishing an overseas partner system according to business development needs
  • Promote localized development in overseas markets and adjust marketing strategies according to market information
  • Feedback and analysis of overseas exhibitions, market information, customer information, product information, and competition information
  • Translation of company market documents

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above, preferably with a major in international trade or business English;
  • More than 2 years’ experience in foreign trade sales, B2B sales, or overseas distributors and terminal key account development is preferred;
  • Experience in the automotive and 3C electronics industries a plus;
  • Strong reading, writing, and oral English;
  • Strong business development ability and negotiation skills;
  • Strong dedication to work, a team spirit, and the courage to explore and innovate independently;
  • Able and willing to travel internationally;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Bachelor’s (Required)

Experience:

  • Business development: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Sales: 3 years (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
