The Business Services Lead will provide expert knowledge and support of all Cash Management products and business services to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Bank policies and procedures. Act as the central and critical expert for external and internal clients. Act as a Bank Client Service Professional that is positive, enthusiastic, courteous and energetic when dealing with clients, public and bank personnel. This person will create and direct all new Business Online Banking set ups and perform maintenance on the system. This includes the coordination and inventory of client files, bank tokens, equipment, etc. Oversee and act as Administrator for the following: Remote Deposit Capture, Online Banking, ACH Services, Positive Pay, Account Analysis and other products as appropriate.
Professional Experience: 3-5 years related experience required.
Educational Experience: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or training.
