Job Description*
Title: Call Center Agent/ CSR, Location: Morrow, GA 30260, Duration: * very long term

Description: *
Candidate must have call center experience, domain exp in a fast paced environment.
Candidate will be responsible to ask probing question to understand members’ needs.
Candidate will assist customers with questions including Coverage and benefits (eligibility), Primary Care Physician (PCP) changes, cAddress updates, Claims, KPWA bills, Providers, Complaints, Web support, Material/Document Requests.
Candidate must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
Candidate must have basic computer literacy and the ability to navigate efficiently while using multiple applications.
Candidate must have open availability to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday from 10am to 10 pm.
Candidate may need to return to office upon request.
Each candidate must use their cellular device as a token and need to validate whether they have an android or iPhone.
