Car Wash Assistant Managers are responsible for backing up the Site manager in a leadership capacity.

– Candidate must be minimally proficient in Word, Excel, and Basic Computer Skills in order to effectively meet reporting procedures.

– Candidate should have two years of management experience in a fast paced retail environment or a trade, or two years of experience in Car Wash Sales or Car Wash Supervisory Roles.

– Salaries will be negotiated upon offer of position and are commensurate with experience and ability.

– Basic mechanical understanding, ability to lead a team, and train new hires with a focus on procedural perfection are a must. Sales must be a strength for candidate to meet with a high level of success and personal growth.

– Job is 95% outdoors and on your feet, in motion. Candidate should be sure that they have no medical conditions or injury histories that would be complicated by these types of work conditions.
