Job Title: Case Aide, Case Management Unit

Qualifications: High school degree with office experience. Ability to work well with people. Computer literacy a must.

Job Description: Under supervision of Director of Case Management Unit, responsibilities include:

  • Perform office clerical duties including answering and routing calls, taking messages for staff, and assist all staff as needed
  • Provide information to callers
  • Document interactions with clients in database
  • Store and maintain electronic and paper files and information
  • Assist with various administrative duties such as monitoring due dates for client assessments, submission of monthly units, maintaining tracking forms
  • Assist staff with client follow-up, contacting various agencies and providers for information on services
  • Accept other assignments as appropriate to meet the needs of the agency
  • Ability to work well within agency and engage appropriately with co-workers and administrative staff

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32,960.00 per year
