Work You’ll Do: The Catalyst Strategy & Operations team supports the industry-aligned Hub Teams, Catalyst Leadership, and New Business Innovation (NBI) stakeholders by overseeing BAU activities (finance / reporting, tools and technologies, internal / external stakeholder management, marketing, events, process development, and communications, etc.) and strategic projects. The individual in this role will focus on:

Primary areas of focus:

  • Program PMO: Provide PMO and strategic project support to Deloitte Catalyst Leadership and Hub Teams
  • Talent Management Lead: Serve as the primary liaison to our Talent counterparts to coordinate team job postings / edits, onboard / offboard team members, operating model change support; own the maintenance of team onboarding documents
  • Leadership Support: Lead the delivery and material creation of in person / virtual team events (all hands, leadership meetings etc.)
  • Ad hoc Support: Support cross-hub and other strategic projects (e.g., DEI, website / sharepoint updates, etc.)
  • Industry Hub Support: Maintain thorough knowledge of the Catalyst Industry priorities including current opportunity areas, problem statements and use cases
  • DEI: Demonstrate and champion Catalyst’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) and well-being goals within the Hub

Additional areas of focus:

  • Reporting: Track, analyze, and visualize Hub data for reporting purposes in support of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews with Catalyst and/or NBI leadership using real-time data systems (Mercury, Monday.com, our SFDC-based Ecosystem Relationship Management platform (ERM), and TPRM)
  • Methodology: Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of consistent processes and collateral
  • Marketing: Support the creation of Catalyst collateral and communications to be used with/by Catalyst team members, NBI and network stakeholders (e.g., account teams, Industry and OP Leaders, Chiefs of Staff), and external stakeholders, which may include overview materials, templates, sample language, newsletter content, and
  • External / internal stakeholder management: Attend and encourage teammates’ attendance – at ecosystem partners’ virtual programming and networking related to disruptive offerings, technologies, and methods


The Team: We catalyze new business opportunities through scoping undefined opportunity areas, iterative solution incubation, and targeted activation in the market with the goal of developing a successful hybrid business to be further advanced by the Consulting practice. We serve 6 industries: Consumer, Energy Resources and Industrials, Financial Services and Insurance, Government and Public Sector, Life Sciences and Healthcare, and Technology Media and Telecommunications.

We support Industry and Account leaders by:

  • Providing insights into emerging trends
  • Identify market opportunities
  • Developing business cases and support funding efforts
  • Building and piloting prototypes of innovative capabilities


Eligibility Criteria: US practitioners from Deloitte Consulting in the traditional, specialist, studio, enabling, or product talent models are eligible to apply.

The role primarily remote and may require colocation for critical meetings (up to 30% travel)

Qualifications:

  • Years of experience commensurate to consultant-level (2-3+ years)
  • Experience working in a PMO role
  • Experience working in complex and/or ambiguous client environments
  • Experience working with data, data visualization tools, data reporting systems
  • Experience working collaboratively with Meeting and Event Services, Risk, and/or OGC is considered a plus
