Client Account Representative

We have immediate openings for Client Account Representative, to support our customer base working in this hybrid role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine, detailed sales updates
  • Build relationships with B2B clients and cross collaborate with other departments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound client and customer requests and inquiries across (location).
  • Review and analyze sales data.
  • Resolve consumer and client issues.
  • Establish rapport and trust with the client in a relationship where a counselling approach is required.
  • Develop customer relationships and provide contacts to the Business Development Team.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, communication, or related (College or University) preferred.
  • Intermediate level proficiency using PC ( G suite, Excel, and Word)
  • Positive, energetic person with expertise working in the Customer Service.
  • Excellent communication skills (Verbal and written)
  • Able to handle difficult situations in a manner that upholds good business relations
  • Comfortable working in a team environment and independently under steady deadline pressure.
