We are seeking a team player who will make a positive impact in patients’ lives through providing excellent customer service while administrating the office to provide clinical care. We are seeking a Clinical Administrative Manager to oversee our Westwood location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruits and hires Front Desk and Medical Assistants for assigned office location(s)
  • Manages performance, provides feedback, coaches, develops, and counsels staff
  • Manage day-to-day operations and productivity of staff utilizing metrics, key performance indicators and communications
  • Ensures procedures are implemented and staff are trained on new policies and procedures
  • Conducts weekly in-person visits to assigned office location(s)
  • Organizes and sends out weekly staffing plan to assigned office location(s)
  • Maintain staff timesheets, time off requests and coordinate to ensure adequate coverage is in place
  • Works with Regional Director to achieve goals based on attainable metrics and key performance indicators established by regional and corporate management
  • Collaborates with Regional Director to evaluate, provide input and insight into procedures and policies regularly
  • Works with Regional Director to identify opportunities for improvement or enhancements to existing processes to improve the overall success of assigned office(s
  • Holds Monthly Staff meetings for each office location which includes physicians and staff
  • Ensures compliance with HIPAA, OSHA and Risk Management policies
  • Work collaboratively with other employees to achieve specific team goals
  • Any additional administrative duties necessary to run office efficiently

Salary is negotiable, commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
