What you’ll be doing:

  • Interview, hire, onboard, and lead a team of clinical care navigators.
  • Oversee training, learning, and development of team members.
  • Hold regular 1:1s with direct reports, as well as case consultations and team meetings.
  • Audit cases to ensure the team is making sound clinical decisions, following policies and workflows, and completing quality documentation.
  • Provide constructive feedback and complete performance reviews.
  • Monitor workloads and productivity in order to meet expected metrics and goals.
  • Answer questions and ensure that the team is providing a personalized approach that reduces barriers to care for our members through in-the-moment member clinical support (sometimes including crisis intervention), psycho-education, triage, referral, and care coordination.
  • Develop and implement new processes, creating workflow documents as necessary.
  • Review and assist with cases involving members with escalated complaints or crisis concerns, and ensure follow up occurs until resolution or stabilization.
  • Collaborate with other managers and directors, both clinical and non-clinical, to develop and improve upon services and programs.
  • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards.

What we expect from you:

  • LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent independent licensure
  • 4+ years of mental health/substance use disorder experience
  • 2+ years of prior leadership experience
  • Role is remote but must work Pacific time hours
  • EAP and crisis experience preferred
  • Collaborative and solution-focused
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with constantly evolving responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy: very comfortable adopting new technologies and platforms and efficient in tech-related tasks
