We are currently looking to hire an OPERATIONS MANAGER WITH CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

We build cabinets and cut stone in-house; we deliver everything to units we remodel across the valley.

Job Responsibilities:

You will be managing a production warehouse in Phoenix. Some of your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

– Meeting deadlines for construction project installs across the valley
– Managing a team in the office and out of the office
– Reporting to upper management (ownership)
– Bilingual Spanish is not required but is very helpful

You must:
Have previous experience in the Construction Industry and in Operations Management.
Show up on time and be ready to be a team player.
Be willing to learn and work well with the employees you will be managing.
Have conflict resolution skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year

License/Certification:
