Job Objective

The Corporate Finance Associate role is an exciting opportunity to join our growing Corporate Finance team! Help evaluate strategic alternatives, M&A opportunities, joint ventures, capital markets transactions and financial planning to support the next chapter of SSU growth

Job Description

  • Conducting in-depth financial modelling and valuation to support strategic initiatives
  • Support in the execution and integration planning of M&A opportunities
  • Support in the assessment of financing options
  • Responsible for preparing board and investor materials


  • Bachelors or Masters degree
  • 1+ years of work experience in investment banking or consulting, preferably covering TMT sectors
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of accounting concepts
  • Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders
  • Results oriented, effectively prioritizing and multitasking, able to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Self-starter willing to take ownership of a project
  • Passion for Sports and Tech is very welcomed!
