Qualifications


  • Education
  • Enrollment in high school, high school diploma or equivalent is preferable. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with restaurant management, guests, and co-workers. Bi-lingual skills a plus.
  • Must complete CA Food Handlers certification.
  • Experience
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • No experience necessary however, prior experience is a plus.
  • Logistics
  • Must have a reliable means of transportation to get to work.
  • Must have a telephone or other reliable method of communicating with the restaurant.


Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to work with others as a team.
  • Ability to comfortably interact with Guests.
  • Ability to meet performance standards for assigned tasks and duties.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • Problem solving skills.


Physical Abilities

  • Stand for long periods of time.
  • Work around heat.
  • Work around others possibly in close quarters.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
  • Work with various cleaning products.
