- Responsible for reviewing orders/projects to ensure proper product is included in contract
- Providing feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative of any missing or incorrect measurements or pricing issues.
- Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date
- Plan and schedule installations, review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely fashion
- Provide excellent customer service to our current & past clients
- Be of service to any customers between sales and install duration
- Average of 8 outbound calls per hour
- Customer service and data entry experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Construction contract experience is preferred
- Monday- Friday; Rotating schedule on a weekly basis
- Rotating hours are: 8:00am- 5:00pm, 10:00am -7:00pm, 12:00pm-9:00pm OR 1:00pm – 10:00pm
- Every other Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm
- Hourly pay from $17-$19 depending on experience
