DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for reviewing orders/projects to ensure proper product is included in contract
• Providing feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative of any missing or incorrect measurements or pricing issues.
• Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date
• Plan and schedule installations, review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely fashion
• Provide excellent customer service to our current & past clients
• Be of service to any customers between sales and install duration
• Average of 8 outbound calls per hour

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Customer service and data entry experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Construction contract experience is preferred

HOURS

• Monday- Friday; Rotating schedule on a weekly basis
• Rotating hours are: 8:00am- 5:00pm, 10:00am -7:00pm, 12:00pm-9:00pm OR 1:00pm – 10:00pm
• Every other Saturday from 9:00am – 6:00pm
