AMER Rugs’ American Headquarters is based outside of Atlanta in Norcross, GA. To support our continued growth in the e-commerce department, we are looking for an individual to join our Ecommerce team.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage orders , customer calls , customer inquiries
  • Process daily orders , check order status
  • Manage email inbox and respond as necessary
  • Answer phone calls from customer contacts
  • Follow-up on orders if any issue arises
  • Additional responsibilities supporting the team and account base as business needs arise

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent computer skills – advanced usage of Microsoft Office Suite & Google Sheets
  • Very strong internet browser/data manipulation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment with or without supervision
  • Highly organized with ability to self-prioritize
  • Ability to keep calm under deadline pressure (held to a 2-day shipping window)
  • Innate sense of urgency to respond to inquiries and follow up immediately when needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Norcross, GA 30071: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)


  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
