As a Customer Service Representative at Pinole, you’ll be the face greeting clients and patients preparing them for concierge-style service from check-in to check-out. You will also be well-equipped to answer questions and handle concerns from our clients.

Our Customer Service Representatives play an integral part in our team and are focused on the client experience. Our structured online and on-the-job training program will help you become a valued resource to the clients. Our CSRs are the client advocate and ensure every pet parent feels welcomed, informed, and well cared for.

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Checking in patients upon arrival
  • Processing transactions for pet parents
  • Book appointments for patients over the phone using the practice management system
  • Managing the appointment schedule to optimize the patient and team experience
  • Act as client-patient advocate to ensure pet parent has received all pertinent information to the pet’s healthcare.
