Job Description*
Role: Customer Service Representative*
Location: 1000 Southlake Mall Suite 201 Morrow, Georgia 30260.
Duration: Very long term engagment

Call center experience/ Healthcare domain exp would be a plus, fast-paced enviroment
The candidate will be responsible for asking probing questions to understand members’ needs.
The candidate will assist customers with questions including Coverage and benefits (eligibility), Primary Care Physician (PCP) changes, address updates, Claims, KPWA bills, Providers, Complaints, Web support, and Material/Document Requests.
Candidates must be able to read and speak fluently in English.
The candidate must be available to work an 8-hour shift Monday-Friday from 10 am to 10 pm.
Each candidate must use their cellular device as a token and need to validate whether they have an android or iPhone.
Each candidate must pass skills assessment with a score of at least 70
