Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher

We are looking for a customer service representative to assist with communication between our client, their customers, and our contracted delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, professional communication skills, and the ability to multi-task throughout the day.


  • Manage incoming calls from delivery teams
  • Navigate dispatch software (training provided)
  • Problem-solving basic customer issues related to the delivery process
  • Assist with monitoring and overseeing loading and offload of the product by delivery teams
  • Additional responsibilities as required
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Logistics experience preferred
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with delivery dispatch software a plus
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
