Assist new & existing customers with product inquiries; develop rapport for ongoing open communication

Respond to emails & calls in a timely manner

Resolve customer concerns and & make product recommendations

Check work order status

Follow up with client on orders & provide tracking information

New customer data entry

Create quotes

Use quotes or purchase orders to enter sales orders

Coordinate payments for orders

Track shipments

Perform clerical tasks such as answering phones, filing orders, organizing documents, managing internal resources, maintain supplies

Programs used: Microsoft 365, Microsoft Word, Excel

EVO database a plus, but not required

Knowledge: general math skills, knowledge of measurements (sq. ft, perimeter, linear feet, sq. yard

Must have experience in customer service / inside sales. Must be responsible & organized. Must be able to communicate clearly. Must be a team player. Must have general computer skills & typing

Flooring industry or trade show industry experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,059.00 – $50,000.00 per year
