  • Handle incoming complaints via phone, email, text & website
  • Processing Payments / Taking Deposits
  • Confirming Parties / Events
  • Reach out to customers and verify account information
  • Greet customers warmly and ascertain the problem or reason for calling

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9 am to 4 pm – Thursdays Off

Work Location: Elmont, NY

Pay: $22hr + Quarterly Bonuses

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
