As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting our sales team achieve their sales goals by providing administrative support while building and maintaining positive relationships with our clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist Account Executives in developing presentations for existing and potential clients ensuring all materials match attorney/law firm messaging
  • Complete and submit sales proposals to new and existing clients (e.g., new items, price changes, etc.)
  • Coordinate with Account Executives to generate new leads and optimize their sales process
  • Analyze client and activity data using all relevant tools and present solutions and ideas
  • Create, maintain and enter information accurately into Salesforce pertaining to potential leads and current clients
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Veritext products, services, policies and best practices to provide a high level of support to clients, partners and internal sales team
  • Surpass client expectations by anticipating their future needs
