Overview:

Perform administrative data management functions

Responsibilities:

  • Creating and publishing routine department reports, as well as ad-hoc reports related to BAU activities, remediations, audits, etc. 25%
    2. Document management (e.g. obtaining signatures, organizing soft files in folders, scanning, etc.). 25%
    3. Data entry / document attachment in systems most relevant to counterparty lifecycle events – RCD, PRISM, etc. 25%
    4. Enhancing and maintaining SharePoint site and trackers. 12.5%
    5. Other administrative activities as the need arises. 12.5%

Qualifications:

6. Well organized and detail oriented. Team player.
7 .Bachelors degree preferred.
