Dominican College, located 20 miles north of New York City, seeks a full-time Database Manager. Reporting to the Vice President of Institutional Advancement, the Database Manager is responsible for management and oversight of the Raiser’s Edge Database. Will review queries for mailings and phon-o-thons, produce reports and will be responsible for ensuring that all constituency data is entered and maintained in keeping with Departmental policies

Additionally, the Database Manager supports the College’s fundraising efforts, including planning and coordinating donor events, managing donor contracts and fulfillment of donor benefits, and prepares reports on all fundraising activities.

Required: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be proficient in Excel, Microsoft Word and Razor’s Edge. Detail oriented and highly organized, ability to multitask. Some evenings and weekends work required. Bachelor’s Degree plus 3-5 years related experience.
