Job Description

We are urgently looking for highly capable Project Managers to provide Project Management services for a large turnkey project. Provide over-all project oversight, management, and support services for Site Decom projects This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Conduct a pre-deconstruction review session to verify the negotiated scope of work, LTA, and completed site audit form with assigned GC.
  • Gather and provide all supporting documentation to assigned GC in advance (e.g., existing construction drawing, LTA, negotiated scope of work, permits).
  • Create and maintain deconstruction schedule aligning with expected forecast and projection.
  • Identify all materials and equipment to be removed, disposed, transported, and harvested. Verify that assigned GC complies with The customer material handling policy, RMA process, ALM policy, Landlord requirements, and/or any other applicable law and process.
  • Participate and or lead all scheduled meetings and calls. Provide updates to the customer as needed.
  • Provide general oversight to ensure that all required permits are obtained for the proposed site deconstruction, which may include but is not limited to building, electrical, or other permits, as well as Landlord or other approvals in accordance with the terms and conditions of the lease or LTA.
  • Coordinate with all relevant parties (e.g., assigned GC, customer PM, 3rd Party site acquisition supplier, Landlord) to ensure deconstruction is planned per projected forecast and requirement.
  • Schedule and host meetings/calls with GCs at regular intervals and provide daily progress updates.
  • Perform a preliminary review of GC submitted closeout package. Identify and relay any deficiency found to respective GC to resolve. Once deficiencies are corrected by GC, Supplier will obtain proof of completion, perform a final review, and provide the closeout package.
  • Verify that all permits are closed, and required approvals received with no outstanding issues. Coordinate all relevant parties involved until issues are resolved.
  • Verify that all removed materials and equipment are disposed, transported, returned and or harvested per the customer material handling policy, RMA process, ALM policy and or any other applicable law and requirement.

Qualifications

  • Must have strong working knowledge of the telecommunications industry.
  • Must have a minimum of five years’ wireless project management experience.
  • Prior experience in T-Mobile Site Dev is highly preferred.
  • Prior Project Management experience in the Northeast area is highly preferred.
  • Project Management Professional certification, or similar certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be expected to schedule, track, measure, and report daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to key stakeholders.
  • Must be able to use the Microsoft office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Power Point, and Word, at or above an advanced experience level.
  • Candidate will be required to understand excel project Milestone management & forecasting at an expert level.
