ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Servicing customers
• Back room preparation of product ie., opening roast beefs, hams, etc
• Cleaning and sanitation of the equipment and work area
• Washing down cooler, which may require moving product and racks
• Putting away loads
• Loading product into the case
• Assist in the cheese bazaar area/ordering, set‑up and put away loads
• Re-wrapping product at the end of the night
• Restocking bread and snack racks in front of deli cases
• Load chicken oven/prepare sandwiches daily
• Clean Fryers, Chicken Rotisserie and backroom area
• Other job functions as assigned or necessary

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Lifting up to 60 lbs.

• 0‑10 lbs ‑ 45% of your lifting day
• 10‑20 lbs. ‑ 45% of your lifting day
• over 25 lbs. ‑ 10% of your lifting day
• Carrying up to 60 lbs.
• Pushing U boats (200‑300 lbs.)
• Pulling Pallets (1000+ lbs.) Six wheeler (100‑150 lbs.)

2. Motions/Body Movement/Total Body

• Standing – 90 to 100% of work hours
• Kneeling – 0 to 10% of work hours
• Sitting – 0 to 10% of work hours
• Bend at knee – 10 to 40% of work hours frequently
• Bend at waist – 10 to 40% of work hours frequently
