Job Responsibilities: Define the product roadmap through research and understanding of business goals with primary focus on Live Group Meeting technology (Eloqua, ON24), On-Demand Webinar Technology Management (Brainshark, Synthsia, other, improving analytics and reporting), Virtual Enrollment UX (webscheduling sites, how to videos, user experience of session, session rating/evaluation/reporting/analytics), OE/NH sneak peek video UX, analytics/reporting and technology (Powtoons, other options). Ensure the accurate deployment of these digital capabilities throughout the product development and deployment lifecycle as well as reporting capabilities and assessment of efficiency. Take digital product’s capabilities from discovery to launch with ownership of the product development lifecycle. Lead and participate in scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, implementation and validation. Defining Objectives and Key Results, assessing outcomes and owning plans to drive results. Partnering with deployment managers and business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and adoption of features. Working closely with CX/innovation and IT teams to understand and serve unmet client and customer needs through persona-driven design. Partner with Product Marketing, Sales and Client Management to tell the value story of the release. You Bring Knowledge and Expertise
Required Experience: 2+ years Web Content Management 2+ years in a digital product management or technology role Proven learning agility Familiarity with technology and ability to interact in technical discussions with IT stakeholders Preferred Experience: Prior experience assisting with an organization’s digital transformation efforts Benefits, healthcare, financial or HR technology experience Exp in digital advertisement (chat box, social media, etc.) Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of industry experience. The salary range for this position is $77,000 to $85,000 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
