Summary of Job:
Digital Implementation Team Lead will work closely with a team of Digital Implementation Specialists to deploy and maintain high-quality websites and digital products for clients.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of Digital Implementation Specialists in planning, building, executing, and optimizing websites for independent pharmacies
• Complete account updates, providing website and other edits as requested by the customer
• Activate clients’ mobile apps, dashboards, and e-newsletter using our in-house system
• Ensure high-quality products are being built according to standards set out in our QA guidelines, in addition to monitoring other established SLA’s
• Work in a queue to complete work and meet set goals
• Maintain customer database (Salesforce) by accurately creating and updating customer records
• Assist with enterprise and non-enterprise level clients
• Maintain and update documentation for training resources, in addition to helping with cross-departmental onboarding.
• Provide support across all departments, including Customer Success, Customer Support, Retention and Sales
• Report to the Director of Digital Services and Customer Success regarding team performance and goals, and work closely with them to execute on various strategic projects and company initiatives
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of website design experience
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS required
• Experience creating websites required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems and learn new technical skills
• Willingness to be part of a highly dynamic and evolving team
• Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability stay organized while juggling multiple priorities
• Capable of meeting project deadlines
• 2+ years of management experience preferred
• Pharmacy or healthcare experience preferred
• Graphic design background or interest a plus
• Experience with Salesforce and Spacecraft preferred
