Compulink Technologies, Inc. is a top-notch certified IT solution provider based in New York City. We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketer to manage our marketing department. We are a small-sized IT firm with large clients in the government, education and commercial space. The candidate would take ownership of various types of Marketing assignments and interact with valued customers, current manufactures and distributors, and potential leads. Our IT company provides a large variety of solutions, products and services that need to be marketed to the right audience, while increasing our brand awareness through the IT industry. This is a Hybrid Role – WFH & In Office
·Help the company attain thought leadership and brand authority through SEO-Driven Content Marketing
·Maintain existing KPI metrics and find more ways to support the data-tracking of campaign progress
·Market all contract vehicles to potential and existing clients that belong to Compulink.
·Maintain Google Analytics
·Work closely with manufacturer and distributor partners to effectively target Compulink’s audience, create and manage campaigns and leverage support for marketing funds on a quarterly basis.
·Leverage paid advertising tactics such as Google Adwords, Facebook Advertising, and LinkedIn Advertising to run PPC ads and generate leads
·Build email campaigns to directly engage with audience list
·Maintain Content calendar transparently documenting the release dates and creation dates of content
·Ensure company’s brand and sales collateral remains updated and consistent
·Develop engaging content that supports existing campaigns using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress and Canva
·Find ways to generate leads to support the company’s sales pipeline
·Meet with management every week on reporting and brainstorming
·Manage the website and our online store (two separate domains)
·Regularly maintain and clean company’s social media presence.
·Maintain an effective Local SEO Strategy for the company to rank high locally in the tristate area under relevant search terms
·Be willing to learn about I.T. and keep up with industry trends
· Constantly brainstorm new and effective ways to improve company’s marketing efforts, public relations, etc. and bring innovation to the marketing department
·3-5 years’ experience in B2B Marketing, IT Industry experience a plus
·Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing
·Must be willing to wear multiple hats and get the job done
·Must be fluent with data analytics and managing KPI Metrics
·Must be able to develop campaigns including ideation, development, execution, and reporting
·Must be familiar with A/B Testing and making data-driven decisions
· Must take ownership and pride over their role and tasks
·IT Knowledge and technical writing a plus, if you don’t know, you must be willing to learn.
·3-5 years’ experience with providing advance reporting and analytics based on marketing campaigns and trends.
·Takes initiative with their assignments
·Superb communication skills
·Knowledge of multiple social media platforms
·Has at least 2 years’ experience within the IT industry

Pay: $39,730.00 – $55,000.00 per year
