Depending on the state, up to 50% of every ticket sold goes to support state projects including academic scholarships and educational programs, social services, pensions for union employees, elder assistance programs, and much more.

What’s the role?

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be part of our acquisition team, and will be responsible for the strategy, planning implementation and optimization of our digital marketing campaigns. You are able to quickly assess, understand, and manage initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is data-driven and self-motivated, and ready for any challenge thrown their way.

What you’ll do

  • Plan, create, implement and monitor campaigns on search and display platforms through WEB and APP with the objective of maximizing ROI
  • Analyze the effectiveness of our digital campaigns and optimize accordingly to help our brand to achieve the best possible CPA, CTR, CPC metrics.
  • Research our competitors to ensure our offerings/ads are competitive within the marketplace
  • Examine ongoing results to identify campaign trends and deliver actionable insights.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword performance, account daily and monthly budget caps, impressions, quality score and other key performance metrics
  • Oversee, manage, and generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different departments to ensure the best user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent within Marketing or a related field
  • 2+ years working with Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
  • Strong understanding of PPC and search engine advertising
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills with a proven ability to partner with the business to define and document the current and future needs
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to wear multiple hats based on the needs of the task at hand
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
