Job Description

We’re hiring a Director to champion integration and strategy across Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic. You have 8 + years of experience in advertising, preferably at a media agency, working across a broad portfolio of clients. High level tactics and proficiency in biddable media and a passion for working on engagement and brand building. You have strong POVs, proactively engaging in industry and agency thought leadership.

Leading a team of specialists and executing top notch work that’s client centric. The team leverages a mastery of each channel to make sure its recommendations are consistently excellent and innovative, and that in-channel performance and data integrity is maximized.

We are seeking an individual with a strategic, future forward approach that pushes industry standards and ensures Crossmedia is offering a best-in-class product for clients.

The role requires empathetic leadership and mentorship skills as the role is responsible for development and growth of their direct reports and the entire team.

  • Planning, strategizing, and executing biddable media campaigns for clients and working closely with planning and analytics teams to leverage technology platforms and tools to drive campaign efficiency.
  • Displays an understanding of platforms, strategies, and a nuanced POV to help drive performance and client satisfaction.
  • Working alongside Group Directors you will guide and direct team members on campaign management, work streams, and client communication.
  • Keeps educated on industry trends/innovation and at the forefront of new developments in the digital media landscape
  • Displays a high level of personal dedication and motivation
  • Contributes to company culture; Possess a self-start mind-set and capable of decision-making with positive and accountable outcomes
  • Is fully committed to staff training of current team, participates in formal training and serves as a mentor
  • Strong listening skills believes good thinking can come from anyone and any place; is a team player willing to compromise their point of view in support of others. This person WILL BE part of a highly successful integrated cross-discipline team.
