The new Global Solution Management team serves as an integrative organization within Icertis. The organization connects the voice of the customer back through the product development and launch lifecycle. Based on market insight, customer connection, and technical savviness, this team drives the vision for the offering, guides innovation toward key areas of differentiation, and sets priorities for roadmap and investments.

Working with diverse teams, the responsibilities and duties include ensuring that business cases for solution-specific investments are clearly articulated and consistently defined for all downstream stakeholders, defining monetization plans, field enablement, customer engagement, analyst relations RFI, roadmap, and release readiness, and deal support as applicable.

What you will do:

  • Enable speed to market via a seamless, consistent and transparent GTM motion for all Products & Solutions by leading stakeholders, establishing clear roles & responsibilities, and executing and iterating based on outcomes.
  • Ensure that Products and their features are represented accurately and effectively as customer solutions across all channels.
  • Drive the ownership, update, finalization, and approval of the SKU and BOM for launch including solutions pricing, solutions availability in Salesforce, outbound/inbound messaging and collateral support and internal enablement support.
  • Track KPIs of solution adoption and customer wins and report on insights to stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Work directly with customers and key internal stakeholders (sales leadership, account managers, marketing and product teams) to understand customer needs and identify market opportunities to shape the development of solutions.
  • Identify and lead opportunities to continually improve Solutions Management strategy and GTM tactics.

What you will bring:

  • 10-15 years of overall experience.
  • Strong technical background with experience building and deploying SaaS B2B Platform products.
  • Experience driving go-to-market motions for bringing products to market including familiarity with pricing.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience communicating with broad internal and formal external communications.
  • Significant contribution to driving Product Strategy utilizing metrics and KPIs.
  • A readiness to create order out of ambiguity while working with multiple internal partners.
  • MBA or Management Consulting experience is a plus.
  • Product Marketing experience is a plus.
Base Salary Compensation:
Min: $189,500/year
Max: $285,000/year
