We’re looking for an organized, data-driven Amazon Strategist to manage, optimize, and scale our day-to-day Amazon operations across a multitude of brands. Your job will be to analyze, monitor, and execute growth strategies in collaboration with category managers, marketing, creative & design, logistics, and technology teams to ensure we are maximizing our Amazon success.

: This role is based in NYC. Forum Brands operates a flexible, hybrid office policy in which employees are expected to be in-person at least three days per week.*

What you’ll do:

  • Be The Expert: understand the Amazon storefronts for our brands and the industries in which the brands operate, including rankings, business trends, competitors, etc., as well as the ever-changing Amazon ecosystem
  • Customer-Centric Innovation: deep dive SEO keyword research, and craft listing detail copy before implementing in Seller Central while working with our Paid Advertising team to maximize ROI
  • Operational Excellence: own the day-to-day maintenance of our product listings and optimize them for success, including PDP optimizations, new product listing creation, pricing and promotional activity execution, best seller ranking, titles and copy edits, case management, overall account health, voice of customer, etc.
  • Deliver Results: analyze SKU level information and data, including sales, traffic, conversion, and pricing to better understand product level trends and share these observations with the Brand Growth team, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Strategy & Planning: collaborate with the Category Management team on marketplace opportunities such as new product launches, line extensions, product quality improvements based on reviews, competitor benchmarking, and general marketplace process improvements


  • Experience managing a portfolio of products on Amazon, via Seller Central and the Amazon ecosystem
  • Strong analytical skills, comfortable searching through data, running reports, and drawing conclusions
  • Experience working cross-functionally and/or in matrixed organizations
