Seeking a well- rounded individual who has worked in an Electrical Contractors office and has knowledge and understanding on how an Electrical company works. If you have not worked in an Electrical Contractors office this position is not for you. a Self- starter who can work independently. We are a friendly, Positive, Professional office.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail, working independently, and Punctual.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize, multitask effectively.
• Must be able to work under pressure on meeting project deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, QB’s
• Knowledge of Electrical Material, emailing for Quotes on Buyouts and ordering of General Material.
• Knowledge of RFI’s, Transmittals, Shop drawings, Requisitions, Change Orders Proposals , Breakdowns, working with our estimator on new bids, knowledge of converting Take-Off’s into Proposals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Maspeth, NY 11378: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:
