Entry Level Administrative Assistant

Company Details

We’re a family owned construction company looking for an administrative assistant.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
– Answering phone calls from customers and vendors
– Scheduling appointments for field technicians
– Entering vendor bills and logging expenses
– Scanning and filing documents

Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills
– Good telephone presence
– Excellent customer service
– Basic computer skills
– A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
– Quickbooks knowledge and prior use of a scheduling platform are a big plus, but not required.

Office is within walking distance for all forms of public transportation

Hours are 7:00am – 3:30pm Monday through Friday.

Pay: $40,000.00 per year
