CRH, headquartered in Atlanta, GA, is a patient-focused operator of urgent care centers in Alabama, Georgia, Maryland and Florida. CRH’s centers are open seven days a week and provide walk-in care for injury, illness, and minor emergencies as well as family care to keep both parents and kids healthy.

The IT Support role has responsibility for providing support for corporate desktops, laptops, and peripherals. In addition, it is an on-site resource for responding to IT Helpdesk tickets created for assistance with Corporate IT systems and resources. This position reports to the IT Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy new hardware, upgrades, and provide end user support for employees utilizing Windows desktop software
  • Support, maintain and administer third party applications including EMR, Email, Intranet tools and finance and accounting tools
  • Support hosted PBX business phone system
  • Document and log all requests for support
  • Provide technical desktop support via remote connection tools and on-site
  • Provide technical assistance on projects, as assigned
  • Escalate technical support issues, as appropriate
  • Serve as a liaison between internal customers, team, and management in relaying pertinent information concerning internal customer inquiries
  • May occasionally work late evenings or on the weekends
  • Travel between facilities is required
  • Other duties may be assigned

Primary Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent work experience
  • PC hardware and software expert with good knowledge of Windows 7/10 and MS Office
  • Familiar with office telecommunication and voicemail systems
  • Solid experience administrating Linux and Google Apps for Business a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively y with team members, other teams, management and internal customers
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects and other responsibilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively while troubleshooting remotely
  • ITIL Certification and/or CompTia A+ is a plus
