Job Summary:

You will provide administrative support for the Chief Operations Officer (COO), Chief Information Officer (CIO) and VP of Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion handling and coordinating the administrative details. You will work with our executives and some clinical Directors to support their role and responsibilities to the organization. You will provide the executive team with high-level administrative support that facilitates cooperative and collaborative support.

Job Profile:

  • Are you an experienced Executive Assistant who can manage details, logistics, and complex information?
  • Do you excel in a role preparing reports, managing requests, and coordinating schedules for executives?

  • Are you the one who can observe and anticipate issues, problems, opportunities in advance, being prepared to take action
  • You will engage with multiple levels of MHP staff, responding to questions, collaborating on projects large and small.
  • You will report to our COO

What we need for this job:

  • Five (5) years supporting executives
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Office experience,

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Work in a team approach that is collaborative and client centered
  • Appetite and desire for learning
  • Ready to gain experience, apply new learning, willingness to engage with our team
  • 2+ years experience with technology
